Continued professional and personal development provides the opportunity for staff working in pay bands 5 to 9 to access a wide range of educational activity to support improvements in patient outcomes as well as helping staff to develop confidence and competence in new interventions and techniques.

Continued professional development in the north west
CPD-Apply is available to all North West placement provider organisations and universities, who have access to all data concerning their own learners only. GP Practice employees and non-NHS placement providers can also access CPD modules using CPD-Apply. We have access to all the North West data to provide a strategic overview and enable performance management of CPD allocations and contracts.
