Quality Assurance

If the aim of preceptorship is to develop confidence, how to you recommend we measure this to evaluate its effectiveness? Any specific KPI's that you feel we should be monitoring/ collecting.

Evaluation and the monitoring of the impact of preceptorship support is crucial for sustainability.

Will there be a Quality mark similar to the Interim Nursing Quality mark for Preceptorship? Will a quality mark can be awarded to organisations who meet the standards, do you have any more information on this? This will be a distinct difference to the nursing framework - and just wondering how that would play out in the quality mark? 

We are working collaboratively to explore the opportunities to quality assure preceptorship from a multiprofessional approach.
