How has the data accuracy been verified?

Baseline data figures have been drawn down from the internal database that HEE use to monitor and record trainees in the system - Training Information System (TIS). Recognising local variance and the need for this data to be correct, the data was then verified by local offices to ensure the baseline was correct. This data was frozen in September 2022 for the 2023 distribution models to be created.

This data is iterative and will be regularly reviewed to ensure it is up to date and reflecting any curriculum or population changes.
