Attrition has been under the spotlight for many years however there remains no standard definition or a standardised approach to measure pre-registration attrition. Therefore, in order to facilitate discussions and move forward with plans to improve attrition NHS England hosted a webinar on ‘How NHS England Calculate Attrition’.
