Educators
Everybody involved in the education and training of our healthcare workforce, can report quality concerns through their Regional Quality Team.
Educators are well placed to provide valuable information about the quality of their learning environments, and the supportive nature of each workplace, both in terms of patient safety and interpersonal/inter-professional behaviours and culture.
NHS England WT&E has a reporting and escalating concerns policy to support educators to raise, and where appropriate, escalate concerns regarding the learning environment.
