London student shared decision making council

What’s the Shared Decision Making Council?

A multi-professional forum bringing together all pre-registration learners across London. Members will be asked to be part of regular virtually meetings aimed to review and advise on projects and plans for the support of learners across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills, represent your profession and work alongside senior leaders in the NHS.

Who can join?

  • student nurses (all branches)
  • trainee nursing associates
  • medical students
  • student healthcare scientists
  • student pharmacists
  • student allied health professionals
  • student midwives
  • dental students

We would like to have representation from a variety of students on different healthcare programmes and at different points in their learning.

Applications to join the student council have now closed, however if an opportunity to join the council arises, you can find out here.

The first student council meeting will be in October 2023, updates regarding the student council activities will be shared after.

If you would like further information or have a question, please contact the London RePAIR team.
