Enhanced induction event: Supporting your training journey

If you’re new to the West Midlands, have recently joined or will be joining a training programme in the West Midlands, or are new to the NHS, then join us on Wednesday 7 September between 8:30 and 16:45 for our Enhanced induction event: Supporting your training journey.

The event will hear about the trainee experience from individuals at various stages in their career pathway, give you opportunities to network, and include workshops covering topics such as microaggressions at work, dealing with making mistakes, and much more!
