Workforce Transformation Lead receives Honours Award from College of Paramedics

We are delighted to share Kirsty Lowery-Richardson, Workforce Transformation Lead and Associate Dean at Health Education England (HEE), working across north east and Yorkshire is to be recognised with an Honours Award from College of Paramedics. The Honour Awards recognise members who have contributed to the paramedic profession and the College of Paramedics progression.  

Kirsty said “I am thoroughly delighted and still overwhelmed by this amazing award. Those that know me will agree that I am a proud paramedic through and through, I love my work and am thankful to have found a career that both continues to fulfil and challenge me. In the last few years HEE have welcomed me into their team allowing me to push boundaries for my profession and look for ways to embed multidisciplinary working across our Integrated Care Systems – both my Workforce Transformation and my Associate Dean roles allow me to represent paramedics in many arenas and to ensure that our voice is heard.

Kirsty is also the Vice-chair of the College Education Advisory Group at the College of Paramedics.
