Step 2 - The job

There is no mystery here. You already have the information – you used it to tailor your application in Section 1.

The hard work you put in earlier will really pay off now. You know in detail what the job requirements are - you’ve read the advert and the job description/person specification essential criteria, so you know what we are looking for.

Your job now is to be ready to give it to us at interview. How do you do this? See next section.
