Archive: Developing CCGs as High Performing Membership Organisations
Health Education England in the Yorkshire and the Humber region sponsored Ashridge Business School in the financial year 2013-14 to work with Calderdale CCG and Greater Huddersfield CCG to examine the notion of membership and research good working practices within and outside of the NHS to nurture membership amongst prime stakeholders.
We have now produced a model and toolkit that can be used by all CCGs as a structure for future development.
