Resourceful and Resilient Change Makers


About the programme

Resourceful and Resilient Change Makers is a modular development programme, drawing on a range of theories, models and techniques to help participants manage relationships and build influence.

 

Who is it for?

This programme is for anyone who has responsibility for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

This includes specialists in:

  • Communications
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Human Resources
  • Learning and Development
  • Organisational Development
  • Workforce Planning

What will I learn?

The workshops will demonstrate the benefits of having an enhanced, collaborative leadership style. 

Leaders who have developed this style have a range of skills and abilities that enable them to:

  • Influence leaders and employees within an organisation to embrace diversity and inclusion;
  • Develop a supportive, respectful and compassionate culture for staff, patients and management;
  • Understand different attitudes to change, what might drive these and how to influence others to embrace change more willingly.

Module 2: 5th and 6th July 2017

Connecting and Influencing Others

Module 3: 6th and 7th September 2017

Team Working, Collaboration and Managing Conflict

Module 4: 3rd and 4th October 2017

Looking Forward and Leading With Impact

  • 18th May 10.00am – 11.00 am.

We’re taking expressions of interest from interested organisations, rather than individual registrations. Ideally, we believe there is value from supporting 2-3 people from a single organisation to attend this programme. This enables participants to begin working more effectively as a real world and real time change team for your organisation

Please provide names, job titles and brief role outlines of colleagues wishing to take part.  You’ll also need to confirm that participants are available for all 8 days of the programme.
