How to feedback about your placement?

Introduction

We welcome your views about any complaints and compliments you have about the quality of education and training.

We address all comments openly and transparently, with information shared to ensure we protect the interests of patients.  All of our learners are uniquely placed, they are the eyes and ears of the service, and provide valuable information about the effectiveness of their education and training and, in turn, the quality and safety of patient care.

We support a robust approach to gathering learner feedback via a range of web based evaluation tools. Our aim is to ensure that concerns are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner, in order to safeguard the public, staff and learners of this region.

Going forward all learners will have the opportunity to feedback about their placements via HEEs National Education and Training Survey (NETS). We are hopeful that the survey will be available during 2017. In the meantime please use the pages for your profession to see how to give feedback and for urgent cases please see the page on Supporting & Escalating Concerns.
