2019 sees the return of our annual partnership event (conference) with the theme ‘supporting and developing our people’. We are aiming for this to be an engaging, inspiring, and interactive day to bring together a wide range of people from across Wessex to discuss work priorities, challenges, and outcomes as well as show-case projects, achievements and provide networking opportunities.
The purpose of the day
- To strengthen existing networks, and our commitment to working together, across organisational boundaries and in partnership, in the interest of patients, local communities, and the wider population
- To acknowledge the challenges facing our health and social care workforce in 2019, to provide opportunities to share and hear about approaches, projects, and work programmes being developed and embedded across Wessex in response to these challenges
- To give you space to consider how to apply what you hear to the challenges you may be facing, and to signpost you to further help, resources, and guidance.
Who should attend
Executives, Senior Managers, and clinicians involved in making strategic decisions about the health, public health, and social care workforce across Wessex. People involved in delivering education, training, and workforce development. Also anyone else involved, working, or interested in supporting and developing our workforce across the health and care systems in Wessex.
Registration from 08:30 and networking from 16:00.
