Health Education North West Trust Apprentice of the Year Award

21 March 2014

Since 2009/10, when the national drive to boost the numbers of apprenticeships in the NHS began, the North West (NW) has seen over 10,000 apprenticeship starts across the region from a baseline of only 240.

Health Education NW is keen to recognise the achievements of those learners who have taken on the challenge and succeeded in completing their apprenticeship. As we are aware that organisations, in recognition of the many achievements of their staff, hold local Prize Giving Events and Celebrations Health Education NW are keen to be part of this acknowledgment by sponsoring a Trust Apprentice of the Year Award for your organisation to present at your event.

Your Apprentice of the year can be working in any area from clinical support workers to pharmacy assistants, human resources to catering services, administration to logistics etc. and at any level: intermediate, advanced and higher apprenticeships.

Once you have identified your Trust Apprentice of the Year, please complete and return the form available below to Sandra Jones.

Skills for Health Academy North West will provide an engraved award for you to present to your Trust recipient.
