The National Education and Training Survey is now open

9 November 2021

The National Education and Training Survey (NETS) is again live. The survey which runs twice a year is the only national survey open to all healthcare trainees and students to give important feedback on their clinical placements.

NETS is in its third year, and this is the fourth time the survey has been held. In this iteration of the NETS, we are showcasing how previous feedback has helped to improve training and placements for current and future students and trainees. Thanks to feedback we received in previous NETS we have, expanded capacity and training opportunities for AHP students and made it easier for students and trainees to raise concerns about their placement or training and generally.

Navina Evans, Health Education England, Chief Executive, said:

“The NETS is a great way to help us to keep in touch with students and trainees and understand their experience when it comes to placements and training in general.

“I’d like to ask that we encourage all students and trainees to complete the NETS when we as professionals get the opportunity.

“We are delighted that the feedback we have received is driving the improvements we are making, and we will continue to listen and act upon what students and trainees tell us.”

The survey can be filled in here.

The results of the survey will be available in January 2022, results of previous NETS are published and can be viewed here.
