Whistleblowing protection detail

Health Education England has now formally written to employers with the specific terms of agreement for enhanced protection on whistleblowing for doctors in training.
This extended whistleblowing protection for junior doctors, provides a new legal route directly against HEE, if required, for trainees who raise concerns and believe that HEE has caused detriment to them as a consequence.
