Yorkshire and Humber Skills Show 18/19th October 2017

Every year Skills England hold the above event at Elland Road, this year on behalf of Health Careers stakeholders from around the region and HEE staff came together to showcase the careers available within the NHS.
These skills events are free and open visitors’ minds to the range of employment and training opportunities available by bringing young people together with employers, training providers, further education colleges and universities
Over 60 establishments visited the event over the course of the 2 days, bringing a total of 3,753 visiting students, tutors and teachers. 192 individuals also visited during our day openings.
The popular evening opening was once again incredibly busy and 1261 young people visited with their parents/carers.
A total of 5,087 visitors.
