Working in partnership and in consultation with our stakeholders, we provide a range of offers to create excellent leadership and excellent organisations, transforming systems together.
Our offer is overseen by the Regional Leadership Council (RLC) who engage directly with us to shape our direction. The RLC is drawn from Chief Executives, Human Resources Directors, Leadership Leads and other interested stakeholders across Yorkshire and the Humber. The group is constantly refreshing its membership and welcomes new interest and participation.
As the Local Leadership Academy (LLA) for the NHS Leadership Academy, we provide access in the region to a suite of high quality core leadership development programmes and tools that aim to professionalise leadership across the NHS, including the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme.
In addition, we provide our region’s health and care staff at all levels with a range of fully funded programmes, workshops and network events to develop in their role, and support access to coaching and mentoring. We support Yorkshire and the Humber NHS organisations and care systems with talent management, inclusive leadership, systems leadership and bespoke consultancy offers.
