This is broken down dependant on the area of the Talent for Care Strategic Framework that has been supported.

In some cases, it gives an overall picture of the work that has been done across a county or organisation and includes examples from a variety of different organisations from the Acute to Primary Care.

There are also resources that will help you understand and even setup your own specific project or programme depending on what you are wanting to know or achieve about the Talent for Care agenda.

An example of the various initiatives undertaken at Chesterfield Royal Hospital including implementation of the Care Certificate and Clinical Apprenticeships

Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust – Talent for Care Strategic Intentions
An example of the work being undertaken to make sure the Trusts is working on or towards the Strategic Intentions related to Talent for Care

Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland – An evaluation of the Talent for Care programmes
This includes information on the work done across this area of the East Midlands including the Health and Care Professions Annual Event and partnership work with the National Citizenships Service

Nene Clinical Commissioning Group – Talent for Care in Primary Care
Examples of the work being done in Primary care with examples of Widening Participation, Health Ambassadors to promote wellbeing and providing Student Nurse Placements for Learning Disability Nurses

The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Implementation of the Partnership Pledge
A paper and resources providing information about how this NHS Foundation Trust was able to work towards the different intentions set out in the Partnership Pledge

South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust
A wide variety of information from the organisations Workforce Planning and Assurance Team around services such as Apprenticeship and Career Development Programmes, Work Experience and Volunteering Programmes and Workforce Information and Assurance Reporting

West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust – Strategic Intentions Evaluation
An opportunity to see the work being done across an Ambulance Service NHS Trust and the variety of Talent for Care work being undertaken

This links to strategic intentions related to attracting the future workforce and a diverse workforce, work experience opportunities and Health Ambassadors.

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group – Opportunities for people to start their career in a support role
This project intended to educate the public in order to attract more young people and improve diversity within the workforce

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust – Unemployment to Employment
This project working with The Prince’s Trust supports 18-26-year olds who are unemployed move closer to employment through Employability Skills and Traineeship Programmes

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust – Work Experience and Volunteering Programmes
Offering a broad range of Work Experience in different areas and professions with the view to continue to increase the range of opportunities within the Trust. In addition, there are also more long-term opportunities through volunteering.

East Coast Community Healthcare – Rotational Work Experience
This Work Experience approach allows candidates to experience multiple different clinical careers as well as also understanding the non-clinical support required through rotational placements.

Nottinghamshire Coordinated Work Experience Programme
Work Experience can be accessed across the NHS Trusts in Nottinghamshire through one point of contact. Find out more about how this works with examples of the different process and documents required to run this work experience programme.

Norfolk and Suffolk – Engaging staff to act as NHS Ambassadors
A project that offered the opportunity for young people and NHS Ambassadors to talk about what is required to work in different roles in Health and Care

Norfolk Community Healthcare – Placements to support candidates overcome barriers into employment
An innovative approach to supporting two placements which helped support candidates overcome personal barriers making it difficult for them to find employment

Sherwood Forest Hospitals Aspiring Medic Work Experience
An opportunity for young people aged 16+ who are studying a Science A or AS level to gain valuable knowledge from Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare Scientist (just to name some) on this Industrial Cadets accredited Work Experience opportunity

This links to strategic intentions related to development for support staff, the Care Certificate and Apprenticeship.

Cambridge and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group – Super HCA
The intended outcome of the project was to Upskill HCAs, build confidence, and develop further skills. The course offered a networking opportunity to share knowledge with peers and an opportunity to improve policy and procedures in practice.

Northamptonshire Apprenticeship Project
A joint initiative to bring together the work being done across the NHS organisations in Northamptonshire through a coordinated approach.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust – Belong to Something
The trust's job website provides information on vacancies and opportunities, as well as a dedicated area for apprenticeships and opportunities to become an apprentice.

This links to strategic intentions related to career progression, acceptance of prior learning and supporting talent development.

Cambridge and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group – Opportunities for Career Progression
The intended outcome of the project was to grow their own Nurses in Primary Care and retain HCAs in Primary Care by giving then opportunity to develop through Nursing Pathways.
