TEL forums in the south

In the south we have two Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Forums, one covering the south west and the other covering Thames Valley and Wessex.

The aims of the forums are:

  • to act as an operational group or community of practice for sharing knowledge and activities in eLearning.
  • to act as a pressure group network to improve national eLearning products and services.
  • to ensure that e-learning initiatives are promoted to all NHS organisations in their regions.
  • to promote and share best practice within these specific topic areas.

Membership is comprised of representatives from health care providers or NHS trusts who have knowledge of or an interest in e-learning development or implementation.

As part of their membership, organisations have access to a range of benefits including use of all the modules produced, access to authoring tools, and Training opportunities.

The forum meet every three months, you can view previous meeting notes for the south west and Thames Valley and Wessex forums.
