Health Careers' role is to make people aware of the range of opportunities available and offer them up-to-date and reliable careers information. We develop campaign and communications projects to help us achieve this and develop solutions to specific recruitment problems in the NHS.
We have a core business model which includes a website, literature, marketing materials and social media. The team is made up of primarily communications and marketing expertise but we also have project managers and a careers adviser. As part of our work programme, we explore bespoke project and campaigns that meet the needs of our audiences and/or stakeholders.
We ensure that potential recruits have the information they need to make decisions about their future careers.
