Achieving the right work/life balance is a key part of the HEE benefits package
Read some of the great benefits we have on offer to staff at HEE.
Rates of pay within HEE are agreed between NHS Management and Trade Unions and form part of the national Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. Separate nationally agreed terms and conditions of employment are in place for medical and dental staff.
On joining the NHS family, you will receive 27 days leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) per year. This increases to 29 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) after 5 years and 33 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) after 10 years. The taking of annual leave is important to all staff in achieving the right work/life balance and is a key part of the HEE benefits package.
