Board meetings and papers
We will hold public meetings of Health Education England regularly. All of our board meetings are open to the public, who are welcome to attend and observe the meetings. You can find copies of the agenda and papers on this web page normally five working days before the date of each board meeting.
HEE by its Standing Orders is required to maintain a publicly available Register of Members' Interests. The Register contains, as they become available, details of declarations of interest made by Board Members.
Meetings will be held on:

• 21 May 2019
• 18 June 2019
• 15 October 2019
• 17 December 2019 (to be confirmed)
We prepare draft notes after every meeting that are then approved at the next meeting by the Board.
Due to our aims to decrease paper waste, we will not be providing printed copies of board papers at meetings. If you do require a paper copy, please ensure you print the appropriate papers and bring them with you. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping to decrease our environmental footprint.

Please be advised that security arrangements at the venue may not permit you access to the meeting if you have not pre-registered; additionally you are asked to have identification available for review by security staff and a copy of an invitation to the meeting from Nicola Wright.
