Email issues at Stewart House

Due to a hardware failure problem email accounts listed below have been unable to receive or send emails since about 1pm yesterday (Wednesday 1 February 2017).

The problem affects email accounts ending in:

  • @ncel.hee.nhs.uk;
  • @nwl.hee.nhs.uk; and
  • @southlondon.hee.nhs.uk

If you have sent an email to any of the accounts with the above suffixes and have not received a response, please resend your correspondence to the new email address. For example jennifer.bartlett@nwl.hee.nhs.uk becomes jennifer.bartlett@hee.nhs.uk.

If you do not receive a response from the new email address or if your enquiry is very urgent please telephone your contact. If you do not know the contact number please call our enquiries line on 020 7862 8520.

Our IT teams are working to fix the problem and we will update this post as soon as the issue is resolved.
