Fellows at the RCPsych Annual Conference

Fellows from midlands and east attended the recent Annual Medical Education Conference, hosted by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, in Belfast.

The fellowship project work of Nigel Rosario, Rachel Cowan and Andy Baldwin has focussed on improving physical healthcare in mental health patients. Andy and Rachel are medical speciality trainees in diabetes and geriatrics.

The conference, aimed at trainers, educational supervisors and new consultants interested in medical education in Psychiatry presented a great opportunity to meet trainers and trainees from across the country and participate in discussions to develop Psychiatry Training for the future.
