Leadership programme for trainee doctors

Health Education England is inviting applications by the 12 September 2016 from trainee doctors in the east of England for Cohort Six of the Leadership Programme for Trainee Doctors.

The course takes place over five contact days between now and March, with participants developing their skills in:

• Change management
• Team dynamics
• Personal impact
• Coaching
• E-Learning
• The Healthcare Leadership Model

Each participant also automatically has access to the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner Programme.

The dates for this cohort are 19th Oct, 16th Nov, 14th Dec, 18th Jan and 22nd Feb, with a Graduation ceremony on 22 March 2017.
