The LNR workforce team and the Leicestershire National Citizen Service programme

The Leicestershire, Northants and Rutland (LNR) workforce team were recently invited to take part in the Leicestershire National Citizen Service programme, where they worked with 160 16-18-year olds on various challenges we are experiencing across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland within health and social care.

We were able to canvas them for ideas as they worked in teams of 14, and at the end of the day presented back to a panel and other invited senior Health and Social Care staff with their findings and suggestions, in a format similar to 'Dragon's Den' (but without the funds!).
