London is Open-Minded: London Leadership Academy’s annual summit is a success

Writer and broadcaster June Sarpong MBE was joined by Peter Homa CBE, chair of the NHS Leadership Academy, and more than 150 of London’s health and care leaders at London is Open-Minded, the London Leadership Academy’s annual summit. Held at the Mayor of London’s City Hall, the day included workshops, speeches and a lively panel discussion, which was chaired by Anne-Marie Archard, Director of the London Leadership Academy.

The day brought together delegates from all professional backgrounds from across London's health system to broaden perspectives, make new networks and encourage people to think about how London is open-minded in healthcare. The London Leadership Academy is one of ten regional NHS leadership development organisations that work to support NHS leaders in learning, creating connections and building networks, enabling them to provide the best care to patients and service users.
