HEE invites applications for 2020 Graduate and Student Placement Scheme

Following a successful launch last year, HEE is expanding its graduate and student placement scheme to offer 12 new places in 2020.

The one-year placements will give successful applicants invaluable experience of working within a national NHS organisation that works closely with other health and care system leaders and with central government.

 They will ideally suit those looking for a sandwich year placement, and HEE is also interested to hear from people graduating in 2020.

Placements will be available in a variety of locations and areas, such as finance, human resources, communications, IT and global health management, or in business teams in regional offices across England.

Prof Ian Cumming, chief executive of Health Education England, said: “HEE is always looking for new talent and the fresh thinking and challenge it brings, so and we are excited to be expanding the graduate and student placement scheme this year.

“Last year’s participants have told me how they benefitted from the depth and variety of experience their roles offered, and we are confident this year’s post holders will feel the same."
