We welcome contact from anyone interested in supporting the development of the educator workforce for the NHS. Implementation of the NHS Educator Workforce Strategy is complex and requires a concerted effort by colleagues working in partnership for delivery.
This work is critical to the success of the NHS 10-Year Health Plan and the forthcoming 10-Year Workforce Plan
How you can contribute
We are looking for:
- information about planned or ongoing work that aligns with any priority area of the strategy
- evidence, exemplars and case studies to share with the wider educator community particularly focusing on innovation and equality, diversity and inclusion
- champions who can help promote the importance of the educator workforce
- invitations to discussions and activities that impact educators

Educator Network
Connecting educators across health and care
The Educator Network is a new workspace on NHS Futures designed to help educators across the NHS, education sector and other health and care systems to connect, share ideas and access best practice resources to progress the NHS Educator Workforce Programme. This collaborative platform brings together educators from all professions and settings to strengthen our collective expertise.
