Freedom to speak up guardians
Freedom to Speak Up is about encouraging a positive culture where people feel they can speak up and their voices will be heard, and their suggestions acted upon.
The animated film below can be used in NHS Trust inductions, to inform new starters and other staff about how their local Freedom to Speak Up Guardian - an alternative route to normal channels for speaking up such as via line managers – can support them.
