Freedom to Speak Up Guardian (FTSU)

Guardians support workers to speak up when they feel that they are unable to in other ways.

Guardian of Safeworking Hours (GoSWH) 

The GoSWH ensures that issues of compliance with safe working hours are addressed by the doctor and the employer or host organisation as appropriate. It provides assurance to the board of the employing organisation that doctors' working hours are safe. GoSWH are based within the organisation, they may also be the FTSU.
