The third edition of the Ace GP Training podcast to support GP trainees on their path to qualification is out now.
Hosted by Priya Shah, GPST4 from Hertfordshire, the podcasts features special guests each month covering a specific topic.
This episode discusses why general practice is a fantastic career choice, how to tackle the portfolio and what challenges trainees may initially face.

Guests speakers are:
Dr Kunal Kothari – GP partner, appraiser and area training programme director for the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes region. Kunal has worked in the UK for nearly 20 years after qualifying in India. He has been a GP since 2009 and a GP partner for 10 years.
Dr Paul Wright, GP and East of England Associate Dean. Paul works clinically as a GP as well as being an associate dean in the region leading on regional GP recruitment and International GP Trainee Support. He is the regional lead on differential attainment across medical and dental specialities and is developing the regional EDI strategy for HEE.
