The reciprocal mentoring programme supports the delivery of equity, diversity and inclusion in the east of England. It will enable and empower staff to learn from and understand the perspectives of our underrepresented colleagues. The barriers and challenges faced by our underrepresented colleagues can be made aware to build new connections and eradicate inequalities. In this context, mentoring will foster a positive dialogue and allow participants to develop approaches to improve staff experiences. It also aims to help engage, retain and promote our brightest talents.
If you are interested in sharing your lived experiences as a junior doctor from an underrepresented group, please complete the survey here.
