Join us from 10:00 - 12:00 on Thursday 26 January for a webinar on equality and social responsibility.

This event will support integrated care systems (ICSs) in understanding the context of health inequalities and how public sector organisations can work together to address these issues in their local areas. We will also look at how a strategic approach to equality, diversity and inclusion can support recruitment from local communities, talent management and the retention of a diverse workforce.

Presentations will provide examples of system-wide initiatives that are having a positive impact on both the local population and the workforce.

This event is open to service leads, workforce leads, education providers and commissioners as well as colleagues working in public health across the Midlands region.
