Nursing Associates in Primary Care: Growing your Own or Developing Existing Talent

HEE have just published a new resource that brings together information available to support recruitment of student and qualified nursing associates. Previously, much of the information available to support recruitment of student and qualified nursing associates was held in multiple places and was often a challenge to find.

The aim of this resource is to bring all this information together into a single source to support employers and other organisations to understand the role, tips to ease their recruitment and onboarding processes, and as a result, expand their nursing associate workforce.
