Personal invitation to Women in Pharmacy reception

In December 2022, Zeenat Hassam, a training programme facilitator for the Midlands Foundation Pharmacy Team was among the Pharmaceutical Journal’s ‘Women to Watch’. The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is working with the Pharmaceutical Journal to bring together previous years’ winners of ‘Women to Watch’ and as a really important advocate for the profession, Zeenat has been invited to join a reception on Wednesday 26 April in the House of Commons to celebrate brilliant women in pharmacy.

Zeenat was both touched and humbled to receive an invitation to celebrate women in pharmacy at the House of Commons. As someone who strongly believes in raising the profile of work for women in the profession and celebrating our successes, Zeenat is excited to see what the day brings.
