Promoting the enhance programme across the Midlands

Two of our Advance Clinical Practitioners in the Midlands have stepped up to promote the new enhance programme. 

Following the launch of the NHS Long Term Plan and subsequent People Plan report, we launched the Future Doctor Report, which highlighted the need for a greater proportion of doctors and all other healthcare professionals to have generalist skills. Through the COVID-19 pandemic this became even more pertinent and the requirement to enable healthcare professionals to work effectively across different specialities to meet patient’s need, yet more crucial. The enhance programme has been developed as a response to this.
