Schwartz Rounds for healthcare students

In October 2022 Health Education England offered every university across the Midlands the opportunity to introduce Schwartz Rounds for healthcare students.
Discussions around how these will be implemented are now underway with those higher education institutes (HEIs) that signed up with the aim of all healthcare students within the HEIs being given the opportunity to take part.
Schwartz Rounds are a reflective practice forum, which provides an opportunity for healthcare learners, from all disciplines, to reflect on their experiences in the practice setting, in a structured manner.
