Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional students wanted for the regional Multi Professional Student Council

The North East and Yorkshire Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional team are looking to recruit student members for the first regional Multi Professional Student Council. It is open to undergraduates from all fields of nursing, midwifery and allied health professions to develop various projects focused on enhancing patient/staff care, providing a student voice for placements and the regional workforce, highlighting or promoting good practice and challenging areas of practice that require development.

We are looking for students who are enthusiastic, up to date with their studies, have a good work ethic and would like to make a difference to the future of health education.

We will also be offering members the opportunity to develop leadership skills and potentially gain practice hours from placements, development sessions and projects (subject to approval from academic tutor/practice supervisors).
