Strengthening health and social care integration across South Yorkshire 

To support the strengthening of health and social care integration across South Yorkshire, HEE has awarded £260k to South Yorkshire Integrated Care System.  

The funding will be used to help unlock barriers to role development and training across domiciliary home care services. The potential development of an enhanced and registered care worker role will be explored while scoping is carried out on the development of targeted education and training that increases the resilience of these critical services.
