Webinar on the benefits of having learning disability nurses and student learning disability nurses in primary care

HEE are hosting a webinar focussing on the benefits of having learning disability nurses and student learning disability nurses in primary care. The NHS Long Term Plan set an ambition that by 2023/24, at least 75% of people aged 14 or over with a learning disability will have had an annual health check. This webinar will focus on the experiences of Sefton Primary Care Training Hub in providing placements for student learning disability nurses from Edge Hill University, and the skills and knowledge they bring to the team.
