South West Mental Health Nursing Show Case webinar

The south west Workforce, Training and Education, leading innovators in supporting and promoting mental health nursing across England, is hosting a regional Mental Health Nursing Show Case webinar on Tuesday 2 May from 14:00-16:00 for anyone working in mental health nursing.

The webinar will showcase the extensive work that is being undertaken across the region to educate, recruit and retain mental health nurses following the Tavistock Review recommendations.

• Devon Partnership NHS Trust on the Mental Health Transition programme: supporting Registered Nurses (Adult) working in mental health settings.
• Plymouth Marjon University on the Mental Health ASPIRE programme: supporting graduates to gain 750 hrs placement/experience required by the Nursing and Midwifery Council enabling them to progress on the Mental Health Postgraduate Pre-Registration Programme.
