Educator voice survey

As part of our work to support the Education Quality Strategy and the National Educator Workforce Strategy we are running a pilot survey in September 2025 to hear directly from health and care educators

The survey has been developed with input from educators across the country, through a programme led by the University of Cumbria. It aims to understand what it’s like to be an educator in health and care, what’s going well, and what could be better.

Key information

• the survey will run from 3 to 30 September 2025
• around 10,000 educators will be invited to take part by email invitations which will be sent through NHS England’s national and regional educator networks

Educator feedback will help shape future improvements in teaching environments and support for the educator workforce.
