How are ICBs being engaged with to support the programme?

The programme conducted a local office survey to establish an understanding of ICB engagement across all local offices. Whilst at the time of the survey (summer 2022) engagement was inconsistent across the country, we understand this is improving as more ICBs are establishing their positions and working with HEE and the local healthcare system. The programme will continue to monitor and support engagement with all ICBs.
