Whilst the modelling indicates trainee patterns, have trainees been engaged with throughout the programme?

HEE have engaged with trainees via trainee representatives on the Advisory Board, Specialty Task and Finish Groups and directly via a webinar in early October 2022. There are further plans for webinars to be held throughout 2023. We acknowledge that trainee patterns are subject the current climate and these may change throughout the lifespan of the programme.
