Midlands events celebrating AHPs Day - Friday 10 October

Allied Health Professions Day, celebrated on Friday 14 October, is a social movement that allows Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to promote their professions and celebrate their skills and achievements. We’ll be raising the profile of all allied health professions throughout the week leading up to AHPs Day so follow us on Twitter at @NHSHEE_Midlands and keep up to date.   • Birmingham and Solihull community AHP careers fair.

Monday 10 October

Tuesday 11 October

  • 9:00 - 12:00. Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Celebrating AHP support workers.

  • 13:00 - 16:00. Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland AHP practice innovations.

  • Nottinghamshire AHP conference.

  • Virtual event - Return to practice for returners to the Health and Care Professions Council register.

Wednesday 12 October

  • 9:00 - 15:00. Derbyshire AHP conference - Celebrating, connecting, appreciating and inspiring our fantastic AHPs in Derbyshire.

  • The Northamptonshire faculty is collaborating with Northamptonshire Health and Care Careers Academy to co-produce a virtual work experience event for school-aged young people that will be broadcasted on AHP day.

Thursday 3 November
