North West Association of Directors of Adult Social Services & NHS England Webinar : How To Attract And Recruit A Social Care Workforce

North West Association of Directors of Adult Social Services & NHS England hosted their webinar on Tuesday 25 April 2023 via Teams.  A wide variety of colleagues attended and talked about planning and delivering recruitment campaigns, and attracting young people into care careers.

 

Guest speakers included:

Caroline Hardman, Caroline is the Programme Manager for Adult Social Care and Health at Wigan Council

Rachael Tullo, Rachael Tullo is Programme Manager, North East Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS).

Julian Beach and Rachel Watkin, Bolton and Manchester Project. Rachel is Programme Manager at the Greater Manchester Workforce Bureau, and Julian is an Associate Consultant at Cordis Bright. 

Leon Pietrzak, Leon is the NHSE NW Vocational Learning Hub Youth Development Manager, he focuses on promoting social care careers to 14–18-year-olds.
