Systems Leadership Workshop with Charles Leadbeater

An opportunity for leaders in health, local authorities and the third sector to think further about the systems in which they work and how to lead system change.

Charles Leadbeater has an international reputation for writing and speaking on systems, systems thinking, and systems issues and he has agreed to lead and then repeat on the same day for a different audience, a half day workshop in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Each half-day is an invitation for up to 50 leaders from across the Yorkshire and the Humber, to participate in a workshop during which Charles will help you to:

• Understand the system you are in, its characteristics and dynamics. In the course of this session you will map your system, better understand its dynamics and its players
• Understand how systems can change and how you can be part of leading that change. This will involve working through a system challenge and co-creating as a whole group a systems wide response.
