How are the flexibility models being considered in the programme, i.e. LTFT, OOP-P

Local offices are the authority for trainee flexibility, whilst the impact will be considered nationally, all sign-off for flexibility requests will be considered operational and dealt with at a local level. Trainees should continue to follow the current route for requesting LTFT and OOP-P options.
